Cancellation policy

 

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours for all clients. If we don’t receive 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment 50% of your deposit will be used as payment to cover the loss of this appointment time.

 

No Show Policy

The no-show fee would be 50% of your deposit of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no-shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at the time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.

 

We understand that things can happen last minute and we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals and on-the-day cancellations we have had.

Patch Testing

 

Some treatments require a patch test to be performed prior to your first treatment. Example (eyebrow tint, lash tint, lash lift) If you have had the patch test or treatment performed previously elsewhere, you still need to allow us to perform our own patch test on you. this will also be required if it’s been over 12 months since you last had the patch test.

Gift Cards

 

Gift cards will expire 6 months from the purchase date.

Gift cards cannot be refunded once purchased.
