Please read before booking!
All appointments will require a 50% deposit to be made at the time of Booking. All deposits are non-refundable but you can reschedule up to 2 times with 24 hours notice.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours for all clients. If we don’t receive 48 hours' notice to cancel your appointment 50% of your deposit will be used as payment to cover the loss of this appointment time.
No Show Policy
The no-show fee would be 50% of your deposit of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no-shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at the time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.

​This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.
We understand that things can happen last minute and we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals and on-the-day cancellations we have had.
Patch Testing
Some treatments require a patch test to be performed before your first treatment. Example (eyebrow tint, lash tint, lash lift) If you have had the patch test or treatment performed previously elsewhere, you still need to allow us to perform our patch test on you. this will also be required if it’s been over 12 months since you last had the patch test.

Gift Cards
Gift cards will expire 12 months from the purchase date.
Gift cards cannot be refunded once purchased.
